L\u00e4rm und Rummel sind 10 Autominuten in den St\u00e4dten an der istrischen K\u00fcste zu finden, die im Sommer von Menschen \u00fcberflutet sind, und im Winter von der Bora in den Schlaf gewiegt werden. Die Str\u00e4nde sind 9 Autominuten von der Villa entfernt. An der tief eingeschnittenen K\u00fcste werden Sie sicherlich einen herrlichen Platz an der Sonne oder im Pinienwald finden. Die Alternative: unser Pool mit Sonnenliegen und Wi-Fi. Die Villa Vi\u0161njan ist eine kleine gr\u00fcne stille Oase, die ihren G\u00e4sten vom fr\u00fchen Morgen an, D\u00fcfte des Mittelmeers und entspannende Sonnenstrahlen anbietet. Vogelgezwitscher h\u00f6rt man hier den ganzen Tag lang. Hier brauchen Sie keinen Wecker, weil Sie morgens, wie in einem romantischen Film, die Glocke des nahe gelegenen Glockenturms wecken werden. Au\u00dferdem liegt unseres Haus auf den besten Radwegen Istriens und in unmittelbarer N\u00e4he befindet sich die bekannte Parenzana-Schmalspurbahn, ein l\u00e4nder\u00fcbergreifender Rad- und Wanderweg, bekannt als &#8222;Weg der Gesundheit und Freundschaft&#8220;. Die Parenzana verl\u00e4uft auf 110 Kilometern \u00fcber die drei L\u00e4nder Italien, Slowenien und Kroatien und kann beradelt aber ebenso erwandert werden. Die Knollen werden aber vorwiegend im feuchten Motovuner Wald gesammelt.\n\n\nIstrische wei\u00dfe Tr\u00fcffel, eine der am meisten gesch\u00e4tzten Pilzsorten der Welt. \n\nAn den Bergh\u00e4ngen von Motovun, entlang den Ufern des Flusses Mirna, sucht man immer h\u00e4ufiger nach schwarzen Tr\u00fcffeln, die immer noch im Schatten der beliebteren wei\u00dfen Tr\u00fcffel steht. The room itself was comfortable and well-maintained, with a lovely pool window view that added a lot of charm. Waking up to such a peaceful scene was a real highlight.\n\nOne of the standout features of the property is the swimming pool. It's a good size\u2014great for a refreshing dip or simply relaxing by the water. There\u2019s also a private parking yard, which was very convenient, especially considering the central location.\n\nSpeaking of location, the property is less than 100 meters from the old city square, which makes it perfect for exploring on foot. Despite being so close to the heart of the city, the place is incredibly quiet and peaceful.\n\nWhat truly makes this property special is its historical significance. Part of the old city walls is integrated into the complex itself. Even more fascinating, during the construction of the pool, ceramic fragments from the Bronze Age\u2014dating back some 5,000 years\u2014were discovered on-site.
