immersa nel dolce paesaggio collinare ricoperto da vigneti e oliveti. Se amate il baccano ed immergervi nella folla la nostra villa non far\u00e0 proprio per voi. La folla si trova a 10 minuti da noi, nei centri balneari della costa. In estate questi centri sono pieni di turisti, mentre d&#8217;inverno essi s&#8217;addormentano con l&#8217;arrivo della bora. Le spiagge si trovano a 9 minuti da noi. Sono baie carine, scogli o isolotti. Ognuno di voi trover\u00e0 sicuramente un posticino sotto il sole su una delle spiagge dell&#8217;acquatorio di Porec. L&#8217;alternativa per fare il bagno \u00e8 la nostra piscina esterna con ombrelloni, sdraie e wi-fi. Il nostro residence estivo, Villa Vi\u0161njan, \u00e8 un&#8217;oasi tranquilla nel centro storico del paese di Visignano. In giardino potrete sentire il canto degli uccellini in tutte le ore della giornata, mentre al vostro risveglio a destarvi saranno le campane della chiesa parrochiale, per iniziare la giornata quasi come foste nei film della migliore cinematografia in bianco e nero. La posizione della villa \u00e8 molto favorevole per poter scoprire tutta la penisola. Vi\u0161njan si trova a mezz&#8217;ora dall&#8217;aeroporto di Pola, a 15 min. dai pi\u00f9 visitati centri storici (Porec, Rovinj, Novigrad, Motovun) sulle cui piazze si pu\u00f2 scoprire ogni sera un nuovo e simpatco evento. Vi\u0161njan \u00e8 attravesato dalle pi\u00f9 belle rotte ciclistiche. Avrete sicuramente gi\u00e0 sentito menzionare la rotta della salute e dell&#8217;amicizia, la \u201eParenzana\u201c o la Rotta delle stelle. Nel passato Visignano era soggetto a Parenzo, prima come ager e pi\u00f9 avanti come parte della Colonia Iulia. Pi\u00f9 tardi passer\u00e0 nelle mani del Vescovo di Parenzo, fino al 1203, per cadere poi sotto l'amministrazione dei nobili di Montona, con cui, dal 1287-1797 era sottomesso alla Repubblica di Venezia. La presenza di Venezia \u00e8 testimoniata dalle opere architettoniche (entrata nella citt\u00e0 vecchia con lo stemma del leone).<\/p><\/a> <\/div><\/div><div class=\"col-lg-4 col-sm-6\"><div class=\"features-item\" data-background=\"https:\/\/villa-visnjan.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/porec-riva-670x690.jpg\"><a href=\"http:\/\/villa-visnjan.eu\/porec\/\" target=\"\"><h3>Pore\u010d - Parenzo<\/h3><p>I manoscritti degli antichi storici e geografi Greci risalenti al 6\u00b0 e 4\u00b0 sec. a.C. testimoniano di un piccolo villaggio di pescatori, e i reperti archeologici di dimore umane risalenti a quell'epoca. I lineamenti urbani di Parenzo si riscontrano in una regolare distribuzione geometrica, contraddistinta dalle vie principali Cardo Maximus e Decumanus, e dal foro romano Marafor (derivante dal latino Maior Forum), la piazza centrale. Lo status di citt\u00e0, altres\u00ec di Municipium, Parenzo lo ottenne nella prima met\u00e0 del 1\u00b0 sec. a.C. quando acquis\u00ec il nome di Colonia Iulia Parentium.<\/p><\/a> <\/div><\/div><div class=\"col-lg-4 col-sm-6\"><div class=\"features-item\" data-background=\"https:\/\/villa-visnjan.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/plaza-luna-670x690.jpg\"><a href=\"http:\/\/villa-visnjan.eu\/plaze\/\" target=\"\"><h3>Spiagge<\/h3><p>Vi\u0161njan fa parte dell'entroterra parentino ed \u00e8 una specie di periferia della citt\u00e0 di Parenzo. Per questo motivo le spiagge pi\u00f9 vicine sono quelle dell'omonimo aquatorio il quale si protende dalla foce del fiume Quieto (Mirna) a nord, fino al limes o Canal di Leme, a sud. Siatene certi che l\u2019Istria in questo senso non vi deluder\u00e0!<br \/>\nSe vi state chiedendo che cosa si mangia qui da noi, la risposta non \u00e8 univoca: geograficamente parlando, l\u2019Istria \u00e8 fatta a forma di triangolo e qualcuno dice che essa sembri quasi un cuore, e siccome questo nostro cuore si apre verso il Mediterraneo, l\u2019Istria potr\u00e0 essere descritta come regione che si vanta della cucina mediterranea.<br \/>\nIn Istria abbiamo l\u2019olio d\u2019oliva ed esso \u00e8 una fonte preziosa di salute. L\u2019olio d\u2019oliva viene prodotto in Istria da millenni. Si tratta di olio extravergine con tantissimi radicali liberi. Quest\u2019olio condisce piatti magnifici, soprattutto i piatti di pesce. Sia esso azzurro o non azzurro, o se vi piacciono i molluschi ed i crostacei qui mangerete come degli dei.<br \/>\nIl mestiere pi\u00f9 antico dei nostri luoghi \u00e8 la pesca. Fatevi consigliare dalla vostra famiglia ospitante dove si pu\u00f2 prenotare e mangiare pesce fresco!<br \/>\nLa forte nota mediterranea della cucina istriana \u00e8 anche la pasta. La pasta viene consumata in mille modi, sia coi molluschi che coi sughi di carne oppure accompagnata da asparagi, la pasta \u00e8 la regina del nostro piatto, soprattutto se preparata in casa!<br \/>\nNell\u2019entroterra dell\u2019Istria, nelle parti dove gli agricoltori nel passato ma anche oggi coltivano viti, frumento o olive si mangia pi\u00f9 spesso carne. La carne \u00e8 di ottima qualit\u00e0 ed \u00e8 di origine controllata. Un piatto speciale sono gli gnocchi conditi con sugo di gallina, poi i piukanzi o fusi col sugo di selvaggina. Esso matura in autunno.\n\nIl tartufo nero- Sui pendii lungo il fiume Mirna, nonch\u00e9 nell'Istria rossa, quasi in sordina del pi\u00f9 noto tartufo bianco, germoglia il tartufo nero. this property. The host was very welcoming and helpful, making check-in smooth and the overall stay more pleasant with lots of useful info. Waking up to such a peaceful scene was a real highlight.\n\nOne of the standout features of the property is the swimming pool. It's a good size\u2014great for a refreshing dip or simply relaxing by the water. There\u2019s also a private parking yard, which was very convenient, especially considering the central location.\n\nSpeaking of location, the property is less than 100 meters from the old city square, which makes it perfect for exploring on foot. Despite being so close to the heart of the city, the place is incredibly quiet and peaceful.\n\nWhat truly makes this property special is its historical significance. Part of the old city walls is integrated into the complex itself. Even more fascinating, during the construction of the pool, ceramic fragments from the Bronze Age\u2014dating back some 5,000 years\u2014were discovered on-site.
