All rates displayed are per accommodation unit and include daily rent exclusive of meals.
Rates include registration, sojourn tax, linen, towels, Wi-Fi and cleaning service at check‑out. If you have selected an extra bed for a child, the rate is calculated depending on the child’s age.
Parking space in our enclosed yard is not included in the rate.
When booking online, you select the accommodation unit and period of stay. Arrival is ensured by credit card guarantee or advance payment via bank transfer.
Your credit card will be charged for the full amount of the reservation within 48 hours of booking.
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, American Express, Diners and MasterCard.
Restrictions on multiple apartment bookings apply. The reservation procedure must be repeated separately for each booking or requested via our contact form.
If you would like to modify or cancel an existing reservation, you can request this by sending us a message via the contact form.
RESERVATIONS MAY BE CANCELLED FREE OF CHARGE UP TO 3 MONTHS BEFORE YOUR STAY. IF YOU CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION UP TO 30 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL, WE WILL REFUND 50 % OF THE AMOUNT PAID.
NON-ARRIVAL OR UNDUE CANCELLATION IS NON-REFUNDABLE.
If you book via credit card guarantee, the reservation is confirmed within 48 hours of payment. If you have selected payment via bank transfer, your booking order is pending until the payment transaction to our account. In either case, a booking confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address.
Check-in is regulated by our house rules: apartment admittance is possible from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Please notify us of your planned time of arrival via e-mail so that our staff can arrange your welcome.
Check-out is at 10:30 a.m. at the latest on the date of your departure.
Our facility does not allow pets during the high season. We kindly ask for your understanding.
